Description du camp
Practical information
Les familles doivent déposer et récupérer leurs enfants à IIL (Institut International de Lancy).
Le transport vers et depuis les différents lieux se fera soit par un bus scolaire IIL, soit par les transports publics (tram). De plus amples informations seront envoyées ultérieurement.
8h30-8h55: accueil des enfants à l’entrée principale de IIL
9h: départ vers la destination
9h30-12h00: activités du matin
12h00-13h30: pique-nique et jeux
13h30-16h00/30: activités de l’après-midi
17h: retour à IIL, fin du camp. Les parents sont priés de récupérer leurs enfants à l’entrée principale de IIL. Si vous autorisez votre enfant à rentrer seul, merci de bien vouloir nous en informer impérativement par email, sans quoi nous ne pourrons pas le laisser quitter IIL.
Possibilité de garderie jusqu’à 18h: +75chf/semaine
Les collations du matin et de l’après-midi sont fournies et incluses dans le prix du camp.
Le déjeuner n’est PAS inclus. Merci d’apporter un pique-nique chaque jour, ainsi qu’une gourde.
Practical information
Families must drop off and pick up their children at IIL (Institut International de Lancy).
Transport to and from the various locations will be organised either with IIL school bus or with public transport (tram). Additional information will be sent in due course.
8:30am-8:55am: welcome /registration of children at IIL
9:00: Departure to destination
9:30am-12:00pm: morning activities
12:00pm-1:30pm: pic nic and games
1:30pm-4:00pm: afternoon activities
5pm: return trip to IIL. End of camp. Parents are kindly requested to pick-up their children at the IIL entrance gate. If you allow your child to return home alone, please kindly inform us by email, otherwise we will not be able to let him/her leave IIL.
Late pick-up option (up to 6pm): +75chf/week
Morning and afternoon snacks are provided and included in the camp fee.
Lunch is NOT included. Please provide your child with a packed lunch everyday and a bottle of water marked with his/her name.

By registering your children for the camps, you acknowledge and fully accept our general terms and conditions, and confirm that they have all the required insurance covers (health, accident and third party liability).

** Image rights: Your authorisation authorises the Institut International de Lancy to publish photographs/videos of your child on the IIL/IIL-Camps website and social networks. Without this authorisation, your child will not be able to appear in the camp photo albums sent to parents. IIL is committed to respecting the individual in the choice of photos it publishes.
*** specific medical conditions: a nurse will contact you to discuss your child’s treatment.
Detailed information on each camp will be sent by email. Please note that a minimum number of children is required for the camp to take place. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the camp, and to offer an alternative or a refund.
