PM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"126\"><strong data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"124\">NEW &#8211; Multi-Discipline Sports Camp<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"353\">IIL Camps is excited to offer a brand-new sports camp in collaboration with <em>KOMBAK\u00ae<\/em>: a fun, dynamic, and motivating experience designed for boys and girls who love to move, take on challenges, and push their limits.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"527\">Want to work on your conditioning, endurance, strength, or agility? Looking to take on challenges, learn self-defense, and channel your energy? You\u2019re in the right place!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"750\">Over five afternoons, children aged 8-13 will enjoy a full sports immersion focused on physical and mental challenges, helping them build confidence, stay active, and have fun, all in a safe and supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"775\">They will get to try:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"1223\">\n<li data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"844\">\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"844\"><strong data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"800\">Non-contact boxing<\/strong> to develop coordination and self-control,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"897\">\n<p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"897\"><strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"863\">Self-defense<\/strong> to gain confidence and self control,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"998\">\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"998\"><strong data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"933\">Fitness and strength training<\/strong> to improve posture, endurance, and overall physical condition,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1083\">\n<p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1083\"><strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1017\">Calisthenics<\/strong> to use their own body weight to become stronger and more agile,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1223\">\n<p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1223\">while the <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1112\">KOMBAK\u00ae Game<\/strong> will energise the week with fun sports challenges combining teamwork, reflexes, and pushing personal limits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1559\">Guided by two qualified professional coaches, children train in a positive atmosphere where fun, progress, and team spirit are at the heart of every session. Some activities take place in the new IIL fitness center, located in Building B25, a modern, fully equipped space with everything needed for a complete sports experience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1655\">A perfect camp to get active, push your limits, and enjoy an unforgettable sports adventure. Join the fun !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Practical information<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1:45pm-1:55pm: welcome\/ registration at IIL<\/p>\n<p>2:00pm-3:30pm: 1st part of afternoon camps<\/p>\n<p>3:30pm-4:00pm: snack and break. Afternoon snacks are provided by IIL Camps to all children prior to playtime.<\/p>\n<p>4:00pm-5:00pm: 2nd and final part of afternoon camps<\/p>\n<p>5:00pm: end of camps.\u00a0Parents are kindly asked to pick up their children at the IIL entrance gate, at <strong>5pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you allow your children to return home alone, <strong>please send us your written authorisation by email to iil-camps@iil.ch, otherwise we will not be able to let them leave IIL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Late pick-up option possible, up to 6pm: +75chf\/week<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Children attending afternoon camps only will NOT be able to have lunch on site beforehand.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like your children to stay with us all day, you can register them in a morning camp (AM). In this case, they will be able to have lunch on site (12.30pm-2.00pm).
