For this second week of summer vacations, IIL Camps is delighted to invite you to discover the flagship discipline of the Summer Olympics: athletics!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Come and vibrate to the rhythm of this sport, where every stride, jump and throw is an opportunity to learn, grow and have fun!<\/p>\n

For five sporty afternoons, 7-12 year-olds will have the opportunity to learn about the 3 main categories of athletics, thanks to a tailor-made program developed by Luis, our certified \u201cJeunesse & Sport\u201d instructor. The programme includes different types of races (sprint, hurdles, relay, etc.), jumping (long jump, triple jump) and throwing (javelin, shot-put, etc.).<\/p>\n

The track and field facilities will provide ideal training conditions for budding young athletes, and a great way to spend an enjoyable week in a relaxed, good-humored atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Practical information<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Families should drop off and pick up their children at IIL main entrance <\/strong>(Institut International de Lancy).<\/span><\/p>\n

An IIL school bus will pick up and drop off the children every day to\/from the Stadium.<\/p>\n

11:45pm-1:55pm: welcome\/ registration at IIL<\/p>\n

2:00pm: departure for the Stadium with IIL school bus<\/p>\n

2:30pm-4:30pm: athletics camp<\/p>\n

4:45pm: return to IIL with school bus<\/p>\n

5:00pm: end of camps.\u00a0Parents are kindly asked to pick up their children at the IIL entrance gate, at 5:00pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Afternoon snacks are provided by IIL Camps to all children.<\/p>\n

Late pick-up option possible, up to 6:00pm: +75chf\/week<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that from now on, any delay in collecting your children will result in a charge of CHF 10 per child for every quarter of an hour or part thereof. Thank you for your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n

Should you wish to allow your child to go home alone, please ensure that you send us your written consent by email to iil-camps@iil.ch before the start of the camps; otherwise, we will not be able to allow them to leave IIL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Children attending afternoon camps only will NOT be able to have lunch on site beforehand.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you would like your child to stay with us for the full day, you may enroll them in a morning camp (AM). Only in this case will they be able to have lunch on site (12:30pm-2:00pm). When registering for the morning camp, you will indeed be able to choose between signing them up for the canteen (additional fee), providing a packed lunch every day for them to eat at IIL (supervision and activities included, no additional fee), or picking them up at 12:30pm and bringing them back by 1:45pm (no additional fee).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
