Multi-discipline sports camp<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

IIL Camps is excited to offer this sports camp in collaboration with KOMBAK\u00ae: a fun, dynamic, and motivating experience designed for boys and girls who love to move, take on challenges, and push their limits.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Want to work on your conditioning, endurance, strength, or agility? Looking to take on challenges, learn self-defense, and channel your energy? You\u2019re in the right place!<\/p>\n

Over five mornings, children aged 8-13 will enjoy a full sports immersion focused on physical and mental challenges, helping them build confidence, stay active, and have fun, all in a safe and supportive environment.<\/p>\n

They will get to try:<\/p>\n

– Non-contact boxing to develop coordination and self-control,<\/p>\n

– Self-defense to gain confidence,<\/p>\n

– Fitness and strength training to improve posture, endurance, and overall physical condition,<\/p>\n

– Calisthenics to use their own body weight to become stronger and more agile,<\/p>\n

– while the KOMBAK\u00ae Game will energise the week with fun sports challenges combining teamwork, reflexes, and pushing personal limits.<\/p>\n

Guided by two qualified professional coaches, children train in a positive atmosphere where fun, progress, and team spirit are at the heart of every session. Some activities take place in the new IIL fitness center, located in Building B25, a modern, fully equipped space with everything needed for a complete sports experience.<\/p>\n

Practical information<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

8:30am-8:55am: welcome \/ registration at IIL<\/p>\n

9:00am-10:30am: 1st part of morning camps<\/p>\n

10:30am-11:00am: snack and break. A morning snack is provided by IIL Camps to all children prior to playtime<\/p>\n

11:00am-12:30pm: 2nd and final part of morning camps<\/p>\n

12:30pm: end of morning camps<\/p>\n

Children attending morning camps only will NOT be able to have lunch on site<\/strong>. Parents are kindly asked to pick them up at 12:30pm at the IIL entrance gate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note that from now on, any delay in collecting your children will result in a charge of CHF 10 per child for every quarter of an hour or part thereof. Thank you for your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n

Should you wish to allow your child to go home alone, please ensure that you send us your written consent by email to iil-camps@iil.ch before the start of the camps; otherwise, we will not be able to allow them to leave IIL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

LUNCH OPTIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

If you would like your child to stay with us for the full day, you may enroll them in an afternoon (PM) camp. Only in this case<\/strong> will they be able to have lunch on site (12:30pm-02:00pm). When registering for this morning camp, you can choose between:<\/p>\n

  • Signing them up for the canteen (additional fee of CHF 105 per week)<\/li>\n
  • Providing a packed lunch every day for them to eat at IIL (supervision and activities included, no additional fee)<\/li>\n
