Dive into the thrilling world of video game design with this creativity and innovation-focused coding camp!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over the course of five mornings, the 8-13 y.o. will be guided by an experienced instructor as they explore the ins and outs of game design<\/strong>. Using cutting-edge tools and AI technologies<\/strong>, children will create their own gaming universes<\/strong>, starting from scratch and working their way up to concrete projects and breathtaking stories.<\/p>\n

Every step of the journey will be an adventure, from crafting captivating storylines<\/strong> to building game elements<\/strong> and choosing characters.<\/strong> The emphasis will be on creativity and learning by doing<\/strong>. The instructor will encourage children to push the boundaries of their creativity while building a strong foundation in game development techniques.
\nParticipants will learn to turn their ideas into reality while gaining confidence, valuable skills<\/strong> and an ethical understanding of the new digital tools.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8:30am-8:55am: welcome \/ registration at IIL<\/p>\n

9:00am-10:30am: 1st part of morning camps<\/p>\n

10:30am-11:00am: snack and break. A morning snack is provided by IIL Camps to all children prior to playtime<\/p>\n

11:00am-12:30pm: 2nd and final part of morning camps<\/p>\n

12:30pm: end of morning camps<\/p>\n

Children attending morning camps only will NOT be able to have lunch on site<\/strong>. Parents are kindly asked to pick them up at 12:30pm at the IIL entrance gate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note that from now on, any delay in collecting your children will result in a charge of CHF 10 per child for every quarter of an hour or part thereof. Thank you for your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n

LUNCH OPTIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

If you would like your child to stay with us for the full day, you may enroll them in an afternoon (PM) camp. Only in this case<\/strong> will they be able to have lunch on site (12:30pm-02:00pm). When registering for this morning camp, you can choose between:<\/p>\n

  • Signing them up for the canteen (additional fee of CHF 105 \/ week)<\/li>\n
  • Providing a packed lunch every day for them to eat at IIL (supervision and activities included, no additional fee)<\/li>\n
