Looking for a camp to get moving, try new sports and take on some fun challenges? Join our multi-sports camp with KOMBAK\u00ae!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over five mornings, children will explore different sports and activities designed to build strength, endurance, agility and confidence<\/strong>. They will learn new skills, push their limits<\/strong> and, most importantly, play sporty games with their friends in a safe and supportive environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What\u2019s on the programme?<\/strong>
\n– Non-contact boxing:<\/strong> develop coordination, movement and self-control;
\n– Self-defence :<\/strong> discover basic techniques and build confidence and awareness;
\n– Fitness & strength training:<\/strong> work on strength, endurance and overall fitness;
\n– Calisthenics:<\/strong> use your own body weight to build strength, balance and agility;
\n– KOMBAK\u00ae Game:<\/strong> take on fun and exciting challenges that will test your speed, reactions, teamwork and determination!<\/p>\n

The sessions are led by a qualified professional coach in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, where everyone can progress at their own pace. Children will train mainly in the new IIL fitness room in Building B25, a modern and well-equipped space designed for sports activities.<\/p>\n

Practical information<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

8:30am-8:55am: welcome \/ registration at IIL<\/p>\n

9:00am-10:30am: 1st part of morning camps<\/p>\n

10:30am-11:00am: snack and break. A morning snack is provided by IIL Camps to all children prior to playtime<\/p>\n

11:00am-12:30pm: 2nd and final part of morning camps<\/p>\n

12:30pm: end of morning camps<\/p>\n

Children attending morning camps only will NOT be able to have lunch on site<\/strong>. Parents are kindly asked to pick them up at 12:30pm at the IIL entrance gate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note that from now on, any delay in collecting your children will result in a charge of CHF 10 per child for every quarter of an hour or part thereof. Thank you for your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n

LUNCH OPTIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

If you would like your child to stay with us for the full day, you may enroll them in an afternoon (PM) camp. Only in this case<\/strong> will they be able to have lunch on site (12:30pm-02:00pm). When registering for this morning camp, you can choose between:<\/p>\n

  • Signing them up for the canteen (additional fee of CHF 105 \/ week)<\/li>\n
  • Providing a packed lunch every day for them to eat at IIL (supervision and activities included, no additional fee)<\/li>\n
