Welcome to ‘Move n’ groove’, our brand new camp for 5-7 year olds, taught in English, where children can move, sing and dance to music!
Move n’ groove is an explosive cocktail of motor activities and dance, specially designed to awaken children’s creativity and channel their boundless energy. Everything happens in English: children learn and move to contemporary songs, broadening their vocabulary, and gaining confidence in their language skills, without even realising it! Through dance, children develop an awareness of their bodies, the use of space, movement, and rhythm.
The programme includes songs that will make them want to sing along, as well as fun-filled games and choreography to get them moving to the lively rhythm of a variety of music.

This camp is run by Holly Gamez, an IIL bilingual teacher, and is aimed at both English-speaking and non-english-speaking children who want to develop or improve their English. Children who do not speak English are also welcome to join this camp, as the teacher will ensure that all children understand the instructions.
Practical information
1:45pm-1:55pm: welcome/ registration at IIL
2:00pm-3:30pm: 1st part of afternoon camps
3:30pm-4:00pm: snack and break
4:00pm-5:00pm: 2nd part of afternoon camps
5:00pm: end of camps
Afternoon snacks are provided by IIL Camps prior to playtime.
Parents are kindly asked to pick up their children at the IIL entrance gate, at 5pm.
Late pick-up option possible, up to 6pm: +75chf/week
Children attending a whole day of camps will be able to have lunch on site (12:30pm-2pm).
Children attending afternoon camps only will not be able to have lunch on site.

By registering your children for the camps, you acknowledge and fully accept our general terms and conditions, and confirm that they have all the required insurance covers (health, accident and third party liability).

** Image rights: Your authorisation authorises the Institut International de Lancy to publish photographs/videos of your child on the IIL/IIL-Camps website and social networks. Without this authorisation, your child will not be able to appear in the camp photo albums sent to parents. IIL is committed to respecting the individual in the choice of photos it publishes.
*** specific medical conditions: a nurse will contact you to discuss your child’s treatment.
Detailed information on each camp will be sent by email. Please note that a minimum number of children is required for the camp to take place. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the camp, and to offer an alternative or a refund.
