Parkour is back at IIL Camps for this Spring edition!
Parkour is the most widespread and emblematic of urban sports. It consists of using elements of city furniture and buildings as obstacles to overcome, with the greatest possible fluidity and speed.
For this initiation, the “playground” will be set up indoors, within the IIL infrastructure, and under strict safety rules. Mats, tatami mats, sport plinths and other sports equipment will be intentionally placed as obstacles to create Parkour modules in the gymnasium.
Parkour combines physical and mental fitness and helps to develop self-confidence, well-being, a sense of responsibility, as well as citizenship values. This sport allows children to get to know themselves better and to overcome their own limits. In addition, it encourages learning to live together.
You too, come and challenge the elements and perform like a real Yamakasi!
