Are the summer holidays coming to an end? Not quite yet!

IIL camps welcomes you for the last 2 days before the start of the new school year, to fill up on laughter and good humour before heading back to school!

Join us on Monday and/or Tuesday for a supercharged programme of sports, outings and fun!

On the programme for these 2 days:

MONDAY – Day at Walibi Park (France)

Get ready for the most FUN day of the year! We’re taking you on a 100% thrills, laughs and memories trip to Walibi Park (Rhône-Alpes, France)! Depart by bus in the morning, with music and fun on board! Once you’re there, you’ll be plunged into a magical world full of crazy attractions, hair-raising rollercoasters, giant splashes and themed areas that will take you on a journey! Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or a Tranquillist, there’s something for everyone! At lunchtime, we’ll all enjoy a good picnic (bring your own) to recharge our batteries before setting off on another adventure! All day long, surprises and laughter guaranteed! Return at the end of the day, with stars in your eyes and memories in your head!

TUESDAY – Introduction to archery and prehistoric workshops 

Go back in time and become a real Cro-Magnon! For this day, IIL Camps is offering you a fascinating plunge into prehistory. First you’ll be introduced to archery, and learn to handle a bow and arrow like a real Paleolithic hunter. Concentration, precision and fun challenges await you in a friendly atmosphere! Who will be the tribe’s next Robin Hood?
Then set off in the footsteps of our ancestors to discover their secrets through a series of workshops:
– Cave paintings: create your own masterpiece in caveman style (spoiler: you’ll love getting your fingers wet!)
– Fire workshop: take up the challenge of making a fire without a lighter or matches (yes, it’s possible!).
All this in the natural surroundings of our partner Fun Archerie, in Cartigny (Geneva), where you’ll be able to run, laugh, experiment and above all… have fun with your friends!
Embark on this unique adventure, where you’ll learn lots of things while having fun! It’s an original and exciting experience that you won’t soon forget! Join the prehistoric tribe for a timeless adventure!

Requirements

• For safety reasons, only children who are at least 7 years old will be allowed to participate in these 2 days. IIL Camps reserves the right to cancel any registration if this condition is not met.
• In order to finalise the registration for the  outing at Walibi, please download and complete the parental Authorisation Form (AF) below, and send it to us by email at iil-camps@iil.ch, together with a copy of your ID and your child’s ID. Without these three required documents, the registration will be considered incomplete and we will not be able to welcome your child to the camp on Monday, August 24.

Practical information

Families must drop off and pick up their children at IIL (Institut International de Lancy).

Transport to and from the various locations will be organised with an IIL school bus or a specially chartered bus. IIL camps staff members will always be present with them.

Monday

7:30: welcome /registration of children at IIL’s main entrance (to fully enjoy the day at Walibi Park, the appointment time has been moved forward to 7.30am)

7:45: Departure to destination. Please be on time as we will not wait for late comers, thank you.

10:15: arrival time at Walibi Park

16:00: departure from Walibi park to IIL

Tuesday

8:30-8:55: welcome /registration of children at IIL’s main entrance (usual hours)

9:00: Departure to destination

09:30: arrival at Fun Archerie

16:30: departure from Fun Archerie to IIL

17:00: back to IIL. End of camp. Parents are kindly requested to pick-up their children at the IIL entrance gate. Late pick-up option possible (up to 6pm) : +20chf

Please note that from now on, any delay in collecting your children will result in a charge of CHF 10 per child for every quarter of an hour or part thereof. Thank you for your understanding.

Should you wish to allow your child to go home alone, please ensure that you send us your written consent by email to iil-camps@iil.ch before the start of the camps; otherwise, we will not be able to allow them to leave IIL.

Morning and afternoon snacks are provided and included in the camp fee.

Lunch is NOT included. Please provide your child with a packed lunch everyday and a bottle of water marked with his/her name. For the outing at Walibi, you can give your child some pocket money (maximum 20 euros) if you wish.
