NEW MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP FOR TEENS (12+) !
IIL Camps is delighted to offer teenagers (12-17 y.o.) an exciting journey through the world of musical theatre, thanks to our new collaboration with Simply Theatre.
This week-long ultimate musical experience at IIL is the opportunity to work, in English exclusively, with 2 experienced musical professionals from Simply Theatre, during 5 full days.
It is your time to step into the spotlight at Broadway Academy !
This course is designed to challenge and inspire students as they develop their singing, dancing, and acting skills to a professional standard. Throughout the week, they will work on iconic songs and dynamic choreography from past and present Broadway hits. With a focus on ensemble work and stagecraft, they will explore what it takes to bring the magic of Broadway to life. Working with a choreographer and a drama teacher, they will sing and dance their way to an epic end-of-week performance that will be filmed and sent to parents as a nice souvenir!

Simply Theatre is Switzerland’s premier English-speaking performing arts training school and theatre company. Throughout the year they teach drama, singing, acting, dancing in English, and put on high-quality shows.
Prerequisite: although no experience in musicals is necessary, it is mandatory that children are native english speakers or bilingual to follow this camp, which is delivered in english exclusively.
Practical information
Families must drop off and pick up their children at IIL (Institut International de Lancy).
8:30am-8:55am: welcome /registration of children at IIL
9:00am-10:30pm: 1st part of musical camp
10:30am-11:00am: break and snack
11am-12.30pm: 2nd part of musical camp
12:30pm-1:55pm: lunch break (options)
2:00pm-3:30pm: 3rd part of musical camp
3:30pm-4:00pm: break and snack
4:00pm-5:00pm: final part of the musical camp
5pm: end of camp. Parents are kindly requested to pick-up their children at the IIL entrance gate. If you allow your child to go home alone, please kindly send us a written confirmation by email.
Late pick-up option (up to 6pm): +75chf/week
Morning and afternoon snacks are provided and included in the camp fee.
Lunch is NOT included. Please choose the option that suits you when you enrol: IIL canteen (+105chf/week), provide a picnic (supervision free of charge) or child leaves at 12.30pm and returns at 1.45pm.

By registering your children for the camps, you acknowledge and fully accept our general terms and conditions, and confirm that they have all the required insurance covers (health, accident and third party liability).

** Image rights: Your authorisation authorises the Institut International de Lancy to publish photographs/videos of your child on the IIL/IIL-Camps website and social networks. Without this authorisation, your child will not be able to appear in the camp photo albums sent to parents. IIL is committed to respecting the individual in the choice of photos it publishes.

Detailed information on each camp will be sent by email. Please note that a minimum number of children is required for the camp to take place. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the camp, and to offer an alternative or a refund.
